GoodBye 2008 and Hello 2009

Woot~ it's 31st Dec 2008 now, in another less than 3 hours of time. we will be stepping into 2009!!! Baby is sleeping right now, so that he will have plenty of energy to go count down with me later =)

Year 2008 has been such a wonderful year for me, esp with the company of my darling~ We have already celebrated our 1st yr anniversary and we will have mani mani years to go!! =)

plus daddy is back to singapore permanently, and now my family is finally united =))

And not to forget that we had a sweet little new family member!! =) Really love her to bits~

And i really have loads and loads of wishes for 2009:

1) Go on a holiday with dear (hopefully)

2) Grad with a good grade and find a job asap??

3) Hang out more with my besties =) (CY, HL, JY, and the cliques)

4) and the list goes on~

Time to freshen up and get ready =)

Had a potluck gathering with my clique today~

Dear is such a sweet darling to came over to help me out with the fried rice. And ya, we cooked the rice, had our breakfast and watched some tv b4 getting started.

While having dinner out with dear ytd night, it so happens that his parents and 2nd sis went to the same restaurant to eat as well!!!

been quite busy with fyp, going out with friends, going out with dear and staying at home gaming away =) bleeeeehh

Went out with sam buy xmas present for darling, bought him this razer pro click V1.6 for his new white colour white book, but dear is considering to xchange this for a razer DeathAdder (;P) eeek, white colour nicer for the white netbook right?

After that, got the 2nd pressie for dear dear =) WD 160GB HDD =) hoho...you know how much ilu dear =)

THis is a pressie from sw, so nice of him to get this from tw for both me and my dear =) Dear's 1 has his name on it as well ~ so cute right?

I wanted to try peking roaste duck, thus dear brought me there for our meal~ Its really super delicious, the sweet sauce is sooo yummy!!!!

The menu is sooooooooooo RETRO~ at the restaurant, they even have a band and singers showcasing all the oldies like ye lai xiang etc~ it feels so like in a movie...

My favourite dish~ i m serious, its damn nice =) yummmy

Anyway, been pretty busy lately.

Went for the skirmish Op on sat, pretty interesting experience as we gets to have a feel of how is it like to carry a gun and run in bushes (of coz fake gun lar)

After the Skirmish thingy, i went to meet up with Sam to catch BOLT!!! It was super sweet lar, exactly the type of show that i will enjoy =)

Dear seems to b a little bored at home, so i bought some puffs and drop by dear's house and he sent me home later on.

The next day i went out with him to catch QUARANTINE. Freaking scary show...altho i m not a big fan of shaky films (due to the bad experience of cloverfield), but this 1 is really impressively freaky. The zombies/undead/infected always jump out at the time that u are least expecting them to!!!!

and you see some old lady soaked in blood jumping towards you!!

Went out with my parents today to Marina Barrage.... this Marina Bay station hor, look like a ghost town lor. It is already 1pm leh!!!

Saw a band performing at the Explanade =)

Super duper super duper nice!!! They just give me a very energetic, very young and vibrant feeling...

Their lead female vocalist looks like some mix blood, but she has such a powerful vocie...i m really impressed!!!

Anyway, plenty of activities to look forward for the following weekends.... like going out with friends, going out with dear dear =)

I havent been updating much lately, but what can i say, it's the exam period again!!!

I have been mugging in school with dear boy everyday since last friday, not bad huh, seeing him every single day. Having dinner and supper tgt, mugging, chatting and of coz... more mugging!!! haha...

I'm sending my cat for sterilization tml. Ya, STERILIZATION!!!
I'm fasting her right now, have to fast for 1 night. Can see that she is really really hungry, she sniffs everything that smells foodish and even try to lick my mouth when i was munching on some biscuits. Feel so bad for her that i decided to fast tgt with her. Will only eat when she is ready to eat =) poor little thing, hope she just sleep the hunger away =(

She has grown so skinny ever since my dad's back. Did i ever mention that she is afraid of my dad?

I think all the animals that i ever had is afraid of my dad. He just have this OH-SO-UNFRIENDLY aura to the little animals...i don't know why!! Whenever my dad is around, she never comes out of my wardrobe. funny right? she don't even eat much and that's why she is so skinny now!! =( got to buy some wet food to pamper her after the sterilization.

This sterilization is gonna to burn a freaking hole in my wallet *$90*. Lucky she is not in heat, or else i'd have pay another $20 more. Thank god, now i can use that $20 to buy alot wet food to feed her fat fat =)

Even my mother feels sorry for the cat, she called in the night telling me can don't sterilize her or not, like very poor thing like that. But sterilization is for the greater good in the future. Any1 who owns a pet will agree with me!!! Pray with me that she will have a speedy recovery and will be happy and jumpie soon!!!

Lastly, paper starts on thurs, dear's paper starts on wed.... Hope we both can do very well this sem =)

The reason why i don't feel a sense of belonging anymore is bcoz:

1) i'm a boring person among certain grp of ppl. I m not aloquent as a lot of them, i don't have so much interesting things happening around me. So i m always stucked in a situation where i wan to entertain them, i tried but failed miserablely, and ended up there isnt much things that we can tok about. Altho it happens to only this grp of friends only, i wasnt a boring person when i m with my jc friends or hall mates.

2) Bcoz i m boring, i cant entertain well, ppl normally don't tok to me when they have more interesting partners to tok to. Simple human reaction, but sure enough to put u in a rather lonely position. Esp when you don't like to be left alone and u r that type of really sensitive person.

Yup, how to feel the sense of belonging when u don't feel as part of the grp?

It was a rather eventful day today...

It started off with me leaving the house, broad the bus but forgot to bring my make up kit....so in the end i have to alight the bus, took the opposite direction home and pick up the kit then head down to school. And thus, i missed my first period.

Everything was really smooth till the basketball session with my coursemates after school. I suffered multiple injuries after a less than 1 hour basketball session. Firstly, i injured my left hand 4th finger, at first i tot it was okie, but well, now its swollen in the middle knukle and the worst thing is i had my ring on that finger and now apparently i couldnt take it out -_- dear was really happy about it, according to him i can wear his ring for good!! (coz normally i don't like to wear rings) and now i m having a RING THAT I CANT TAKE IT OUT -_- thats juz so nice!! But this is not the worst, i cracked my pinky nails.... it was bleeding quite badly at first, but now it was okie...of coz i don't dare to cut the nail and expose the flesh, juz hope it will grow out really fast =( coz its really irritating, i have to b extra careful on the nail or else it will hurt really badly. But there is something i realised, there are some really nice guys around in my course. When i found out that my pinky was bleeding, i told ml, and head to the water cooler to wash the blood off, but to my disappointment, neither ml or hq really gave a damn. They juz carry on with their game, seriously, its juz kindda sad and disappointing to realised that, coz i really liked them and was hoping that can really develop some serious friendships...but oh well, nvm. Altho ml is nice enough to sms me to check my condition much later, but i guess i don't have much things to say =( But Jeremy was really nice, he ran to don't know where to grab some antiseptic cotton and plaster for me. I was kindda touched for 1 moment, llike we are not close in the course, and throughout the 3 years in NTU, i talked to him for less than 5 sentences? And probably today is the 1st time i m really toked to him. It's just nice to see "strangers" (sort of) to be so nice.

Then after the basketball session, i went for weile's bady... it was, how should i say....interesting. Apparently the villa he rented cost him 1000+ and its a really small house cater for 2 ppl only, but it has a pool in the center of the house with jacuzee...awesome! just like some rich man's apartment? Anyway, to me it was rather boring. I gets to see clem's gf today, in face, and toked to her, i'd say she is a nice lady, but i m still happy with what weile told me once =) (secret!!) and clem toked to me too, it seems that i shant hold any grudge against him, everything seems fine now, we are back to those very normal friends, and of coz, he and dear are still good buddies =) There was a little turn off happened earlier on, oh well, shant elaborate (lazy), time to dota...tata
