Just had a very enlightening chat with my IA sup. Afterall he is a very nice guy. He offered advice, and offered jobs too. It's a tough job, often requires OT till 12am...i wonder if i should take it up. Or should i get dear to refer me to work as a personal banker.... which path should i take?

A while back i was still desperate for jobs, and now a few opportunities have presented themselves in front of me...hmmmm....how?

Should i take up a 9-5 job or should i take up a more challanging job? Tsk tsk tsk...it's really a hard decision =( Mayb i should consult my parents b4 deciding...

Done with Exams

Today(Yesterday) marks the end of my 16 years of schooling life. Phew, i should be glad that i have done well for the last paper!!

Went to Singapore Flyer with dear, awesome experience i must say =D Probably coz it is a monday, thus the flyer doesnt have much visitors, we gets to have the entire cabinet for ourselves =D Super awesome!!!

There's alot of things that i want to do, but i dun feel so motivated without a job. Sighhh.... I wish i can get a job soon =(

i have been trying to look for a job for the past 2 weeks, attending all the recruitment talks and etc, it just gets onto my nerves, seriously!!! Graduation seems so near and i hate to live off my dad, i want to achieve total financial independance and pamper my parents with MY OWN $$!!!

Market seems to b gloomy, but all the people ard me seems to b able to get a job easily, i mean a few of them lar... that of coz include my dear... i'm really happy that he can secure a job so early, haha, so he no nid to work for his dad first ? =D

I have sent a couple of resumes to different organizations, just hope i can get the chance to be shortlisted!!! *keeping my fingers crossed*

Anyway, too lazy to update lately, anything that's going on in my life is already uploaded onto the facebook....seriously it is a really excellent social networking tool, you gets a glimps of everybody's life and sometimes, even ppl that you no longer contact, you know their latest updates and gossips. COOL HUH?

I have crossed the 1.5 years mark with baby, and i forgot to update ;P more good years to go =D can't believe even after 1.5 years, we are still in our honey moon period!!! of coz there are times we will have small rough patches here and there, but seriously, this r/s rocks =D <3 much ="D

Enough said, just hope god grants me a good job, so i'll b able to enjoy the rest of my schooling life at ease!! 143 =D

A lot of things happened these few days:

of coz, the NTU stabbing incident has to come first! Nothing much to say, wj even knew that guy and played game with him b4 in a competition. I personally think he is quite sad, must be the prof too guai lan =( or else what can make a student go mad?

Dear fell sick recently, went to deliver porridge to him and accompanied him to see doc in school. No matter how sick he is, FYP still needed to be submitted on time -_- tsk tsk, it sucks to be sick when u have deadlines to meet.

Oh ya, and i fell deeply in love with chicken wings and mian xian. LOL, no link right? Just love to eat them =D

V-day updates

We celebrated in 2 days, coz don't wan to bcom the carrot head and let all the evil restaurants to chop us, we delayed our v-day dinner to monday (which is today) =D

But of coz, it is still a ritual to meet up on v-day =D
So there we are, heading down to marina sq for a simple dinner and walk ard.

He actually baked tgt with his friends some sweet tarts and eclair. ITS OMFG SWEET CAN?
The strawberry tarts are so delicious, cant believe he can actually bake. HE IS SOOOOOO SWEET!!!

It has been a really busy week for me.... cant really recall what i did tho, but surely its quite packed, coz i feel kindda tired -_-

Mon: meet dear

Tue: Celebrated ML's bday. SHeesh, i love the guessing people game.... had so much fun!!!

Wed: meet sec school HCL buddies + meet dear for career fair!!! I seriously hope that few resume that i dropped, will get back to me sometimes in the future!!! *keeping my fingers crossed*

Thur: meet dear!!! and caught the movie underworld

Fri: Salsa!!!

Sat: meet up with CY HL and LW for red cliff 2 (i didnt even watch 1 -_-). I must say it was a nice movie, uber nice!!! then head down to JY's house for some last min CNY gambling!!! and for the 1st time in my life, i played poker!!! POKER!!!! POKERRRRR!!!! It was seriously FUN TO PLAY. Altho i lost say like $5.30, but well, it was still uber uber buer FUN. Don't mind playing it again soon!!!

Had an eventful CNY, or mayb not so. hahaha~ at least me and dear managed to visited each other's parents during this CNY!!! Like Finally right?

Yup, we arranged a bai nian session to each other's house on chu er, altho the visit was brief, but it was a formal introduction to each other's parents...definitely its a good thing =) This is our 2nd CNY tgt, definitely more to come!!!! Mayb we will all dine in tgt next yr? Who knows...

On a lighter note, my dad took a liking of him, think that he is a quite decent guy, and according to him, his mother likes me too, and think that i'm really polite 0.o *awesome* I kindda like his 2nd sis, really friendly and talkative, mayb i can get along well with her in the future. Yay =)

I still have less than half a semester to go, its really time to start planning for jobs ~ just hope i m able to find 1 b4 i graduate.

Meanwhile, i should try to enjoy NTU life as much as possible. Probably gonna to sign up NTU salsa with JY. Hope it's gonna to b fun.

Prawn Fishing!!!

I must talk about this~ my virgin prawn fishing trip!!!

We went to the fishing place at Bishan area, $30 for 3 hours, but we played 4.5 hours in total, coz we onli manage to pick it up in the later part.

The sad thing is we had 0 hoots for the 1st 1.5 hours, its totally disgusting and demoralizing~ esp when ppl beside you are fishing up alot of prawns >.<

But luckily, dear managed to fish up our 1st prawn, and then we met this grp of really nice "gangsters-look-alike" ppl, they shared their baits with us, which is some disgusting bloody worms. I must admit that this bait is really useful, all the rest of our hoots are bcoz of these new baits, not to mention about those that bite the bait but didnt manage to hoot it up (due to poor skills) LOL

Anyway it was a really fun experience, the thrill of catching a prawn is like estacy, gets u addicted=) Think we will go back again soon, with better baits!! apparently the "FRESH chicken heart" they provided don't really work that well for us. LOL

Enough said~ tml school reopen -_-

Just came back from New year's countdown...

well, i thought i will spend it in the car while stucked in the traffic, but i guess WE ARE LUCKY!! haha~ ya, i mean really lucky, we managed to find this spot near fulleton and parked at the roadside. Believe me, there are plenty of cars parking at the road side =)

Altho our view is a little obstructed by some trees, but overall we still can see most of the fireworks!!!

This year's firework was short, 5 mins only? But as always, the grand finale is awesome, the intensiveness of the fireworks in the sky is really an amazing sight~ esp with your loved one beside you =)
